From working within the airline industry to events and marketing and all sorts in between, the past two decades have seen INSPIRE founders, Jodie and Lyndsey hone the ultimate solutions to customer care issues in any business situation.

Our team of two certainly know the art of customer care! Meet Lyndsey and Jodie, Inspire’s founders and creators. There’s nothing these two haven’t mastered when it comes to providing the highest levels of customer care and by starting INSPIRE Bristol, they cannot wait to share their expertise. Lyndsey’s passion for customer care stems from a genuine belief that the perfect customer experience is very possible. Her astute attention to detail and focused approach to bringing confidence and quality skills together is a force to be reckoned with. Having worked in the customer service sector since her very first Saturday job whilst still a student, Lyndsey’s career flew sky high with Virgin Atlantic.
With a flair for customer care, her career in the clouds was a huge success and after more than ten years, Lyndsey hung up her wings to become a mum. Her entrepreneurial drive and desire to use her experience and skills led her to work within a sought after secret shopper enterprise, which in turn has brought about the full service customer services agency, INSPIRE Bristol, alongside her customer care cohort, Jodie.
Jodie’s specialist industry is catering and hospitality and there’s nothing she’s not dealt with over her long career in customer service. Understanding the industry from both a front of house perspective and from a management level, Jodie can find solutions to problems before they have chance to arise. She’s also an organisational ninja and uses her skills to create guidelines and support strategies for staff to shine.
Being a results driven dynamo, Jodie brings a wealth of experience to INSPIRE Bristol. When she’s not being mum, she also works as a hostess at a professional football club where she thrives on the buzz and excitement of planning and executing the best events in-house. Jodie is a people person and using her natural skills and learned expertise, she’s the ideal person to help you or your team excel.
Head of Practice
Rich focuses on recruitment for the insurance market, working with his clients for over 10 years, delivering bespoke solutions for clients and candidates alike. He’s consistently built exceptional relationships clients across the broking, underwriting and claims sectors and which allows him to find the right fit for all involved.
Rich’s passion is problem-solving, often redesigning the box to make it work rather than singing from the same old hymn sheet.
Remaining hands-on is Rich’s key approach, making sure he leads from the front to ensure every client, opportunity and person we work with get the right outcome.
