A great day was had at Bristol Rovers on Thursday. 

Inspire ran Rover’s Preseason Induction training ready for the start of the season. 

After initial consultations and a review on what the needs were, we created an inspiring training day. 

It was a dream collaboration of our expertise in Customer Service together with the specific ethos of Rovers. Meaning we were able to design a focussed, knowledgeable and motivating structured day. 

Adding in our own enthusiasm and unique training methods meant it was a lively interactive day for the new recruits.

Utilising our own secret weapons as well getting Rovers fully involved. The trainees even had a team talk from the main man himself Graham Coughlan

These days are highlights of our working weeks. Not to mention one of the fundamental reasons we started Inspire. An Induction Training day like this is a great start to these guys Professional development. Where young recruits like these can gain initial skills and knowledge for future development and career progression.
